The first chapter of Sweet Adelines in NC was formed in Winston-Salem. Although it disbanded in 1959-60, it reorganized several years later. |

The Winston-Salem Chapter of Sweet Adelines was organized in April, and our first performance was June 24. |

With 25 members, we chartered on July 31. Queen Charlotte Chorus was our sponsor. |

Won 1st place in the Regional Competition in Charlotte, NC |
1976 |
Merged with the Greensboro Chorus in June, and took “Golden Triad Chorus” as our new name. |

Was Most Improved Chorus and 3rd place Small Chorus in Regional Competition. Attained B level scores. |
